"It's Your Day" with a Brag Book Freebie

Two of my favorite designers, Gettin' Scrappy with Britt & Digi-Designs by Nicole, have whipped up a terrific new kit called It's Your Day. This birthday themed kit is full of all kinds of great papers and elements and is a must for scrapping all of your party photos. I think my favorites are the cupcake & wrapped gift papers, they are so cute!

This kit could not have came at a better time. My son just had a SpongeBob themed birthday and the colors in this kit are just perfect for scrapping all the party photos. Here is just one of the layouts that I have made using It's Your Day.

Rainbow of Hope Charity Collab

Many of us have been touched by cancer, in some form, in one way or another. That is why I jumped at the chance to be a part of this charity collab, Rainbow of Hope, with several other STS designers. All proceeds from the sale of this kit and it's coordinating Quick Page Set will be donated to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

We didn't want to exclude any forms of cancer, and hopefully we have touched on most if not all of them. The kit includes 60 papers, 76 elements and an alpha. There are awareness ribbons in each of the colors represented. The colors chosen for this kit represent the following forms of cancer.

Orange: leukemia
Yellow: Liver cancer, bladder cancer, osteosarcoma
Green: kidney cancer
Blue: colon cancer
Purple: pancreatic cancer, cancer in general
White bone cancer
Black: melanoma
Brown: colorectal cancer
Grey: brain cancer
Lime green: lymphoma
Teal: ovarian, cervical and uterine cancers
Burgundy: multiple myeloma
Periwinkle: stomach cancer
Pink: breast cancer
Light blue: prostate cancer
Pearl: lung cancer

"Apple Festival" & A Freebie!

New in my store today is a kit inspired by our local Apple Festival here in Niles, Michigan. This kit is perfect for scrapping the apple of your eye, a visit to an apple orchard, or many delicious moments like photos of grandma baking her famous apple pie. The colors are so versatile that I even scrapped Christmas photos with it!

The kit includes: 14 Papers, 37 Elements (many in an adorable puffy felt style), & 1 Alpha (includes individual png files & sheet).

For those of you that love the kit but want to scrap some pages in a hurry, there is also this set of 6 Quick Pages! Quick pages are 12 x 12 inch and were made using my "Apple Festival" kit. A special thanks to my CT members for putting them together.

"Sunshine Playground" A Charity Collab Kit

This month's Stuff To Scrap designers collab, Sunshine Playground, is a little different. All the proceeds will be donated to a wonderful cause...helping to build a very special playground for some very special people! This kit contains 101 papers, 168 embellishments and 2 full alphas. It is full of fun doodles, bright colors, and everything you need to play outside.

Please read the following from my CT Member Tara to find out more about Sunshine Playground. My daughter was diagnosed with a severe seizure disorder (West Syndrome) and Cerebral Palsy at six months of age. Although she has progressed a lot more than we anticipated, she still has a lot of physical limitations. She has poor head control, no trunk control, and uses a wheelchair to get around. I believe that just because my daughter's physical abilities are limited, it should not deter her from being able to do whatever she wants to do in life!.... and playing in a playground side-by-side with other children is no exception. Since there are no playgrounds in our area that allow for wheelchair accessibility, I have decided to go about putting one in myself, because I believe that all children deserve a place to play! The park is expected to be approximately 2 acres of pure enjoyment for children of all abilities to play side-by-side. The anticipated cost of the project is approximately $800,000. I have created a non-profit organization called The No Child Left Out Project.
