Kat's Birthday Celebration: Progressive Scrap

We are starting Kat's birthday celebration with a progressive scrap. Come back every morning at 9 CST for the next step. All layouts will be due on January 7th at 9pm CST. You must used a current The Scrappy Kat kit. You can find all of Kat's kits HERE. You will need to post your layout in Kat's gallery HERE and then in the last progressive scrap blog post in the comments section.

Here is your second step: Make 1 of the patterned papers your background. Add 1 of your solid papers, make it a bit smaller than your background and tilt it. Place it on top of your background paper and "tack" it down. (using staples, buttons, stitching, ect)
