It's time to introduce Digiland to The Scrappy Kat's next team member.
Let's get to know a little about CTM: Katherine.

(Feel free to go by Katherine's gallery and leave her some love)
1) Did you paper scrap first or go straight to digital? Straight to digital
How long have you been scrapping? About 3 to 4 years
2) What is your strongest scrapping skill on your layouts? My
strongest is the time it takes to make a layout
Your weakest? My weakest how long it takes to learn a new skill
3) What advice would you give someone just starting out in digi-scrapping?
It gets easier the more you do so
just keep plugging along
4) Describe how you scrap. What program do you use? I
use PSE and just bought 12 so am just starting to use it
Where do you start first? I
start with a blank page or sometimes a template to go along with the photos I
have chosen to use. I then generally just choose a kit or two if I need
something special or sometimes look for something special online.
How long does it take you to complete a layout? It
can take me anywhere from a half hour to two or three hours depending on the
layout.
5) What is your perfect scrapping environment?
Home alone on my computer with no
one to bother me
6) What is your favorite thing to do BESIDES scrapping? Spending time with my family
7)
What is one thing you would love to do and haven't - just so you can scrap it?
Go somewhere by myself and lock
myself in and just spend the whole day scrapping
8) Is there anyone in the scrapping community who inspires you? There
are lots of scrappers who inspire me but I don't want to start naming them
9) If you could have The Scrappy Kat create a kit for you, what colors, theme, etc would it be and why? It
would be browns and blues about boys
